For more than twenty years, I have worked alongside self-funded employers as a fee-based employee benefits advisor, helping organizations navigate the complexities of healthcare purchasing and plan management. Along the way, I realized that while we could improve outcomes one employer at a time, the broader healthcare system needed a more fundamental change.

Rather than continuing to solve the same problems group by group, I chose to focus on the provider community—the source of healthcare delivery itself. By creating stronger, more direct relationships between employers and healthcare providers, we can generate meaningful change at scale and build a healthcare marketplace that works better for everyone.

That vision led to the creation of PassThruHealth.
